Spin & Win – Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    The Mealzo Spin & Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all users who participate through the Mealzo promotional platforms and provide the required details (such as name, email address, and phone number).

  2. Promotion Period

    The Promotion will remain active until further notice. Mealzo reserves the right to pause, amend, or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  3. Prizes
    • £3 Voucher – Valid on orders over £15
    • £5 Voucher – Valid on orders over £20
    • £10 Voucher – Valid on orders over £25
    • £20 Voucher – Valid on orders over £35
    • £50 Voucher – Valid on orders over £60
    • Free Delivery – Valid for one order only
    • Spin Again – No prize this round; the user may spin again
    • Mystery Discount – A surprise percentage or amount off, revealed after the spin

    Voucher Conditions
    Vouchers are single-use only, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers. Minimum spend thresholds apply as outlined above. All vouchers must be used within 7 days of issue unless otherwise specified.

    Redemption
    Winners will be notified immediately after spinning the wheel. Vouchers or discounts may appear directly on the platform after spinning, or be delivered via email.

  4. Voucher Validity

    Both Spin & Win and Scratch to Win game voucher codes are valid until 31/12/2025.

  5. Participating Shops Only

    Vouchers and offers are redeemable only at shops listed on the Mealzo platform that accept promotions.

  6. Non-Refundable

    Prizes (including free delivery and discounts) cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

  7. Promotion Withdrawal

    Mealzo reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on Mealzo platforms.

  8. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scottish law. Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
